Bryan: Good morning, Dr. Bawa. Thank you so much for having me.

Dr. Bawa: Thank you for being here. So tell me, Bryan, you live in North Carolina. How did you find me?

1: 38 — Finding Dr. Bawa and Taking the First Step

Bryan: So I was on TikTok and kind of just scrolling through, and then I saw one of your TikToks and it caught my eye. So I watched a couple more and it really got my attention. I did a little research online and decided to at least make a call to try to get something set up with a consultation, or just get a little bit more information through your office.

Dr. Bawa: And then you and I did a virtual consultation on Zoom.

Bryan: We did, and that's when I really got intrigued and I made my first appointment to fly down.

Dr. Bawa: In our conversations, you mentioned that you were reluctant to take that first step and fly to Florida. In fact, your wife had serious reservations.

Bryan: Absolutely. So my wife actually really thought it was a scam. She said, 'You're wasting your money. You're wasting time flying down there.' And I told her, after six years of having low testosterone and ED issues, I'm like, 'What do I have to lose?'

Dr. Bawa: As we spoke during our initial consultation on Zoom and subsequent conversations, you confided in me that your relationship needed a boost as much as your erections did. How have the treatments affected both these?

Bryan: It's been amazing. My wife and I have been married 25 years, and we've always had a great relationship, but there was always something missing, in particular the last six or seven years, like I was saying. Since I've had the several treatments that I've had from you, it's just changed my life. It's changed our sex life. It's changed how we look at each other. We have fun with each other. So, yeah, it's been really good.

Dr. Bawa: That makes me so happy. It really does. Let's talk about what you actually had done here so that people can really understand what these treatments are.

Dr. Bawa: I think we should begin with what's most fundamental to your treatment protocol, and that's BawaWave®. It's our proprietary form of shockwave or acoustic wave therapy. Dr. Bawa: I always tell my patients to think of a house with old pipes. In a house with old pipes, you can change those pipes. Dr. Bawa: Yes. And then we also did the BawaShot®. People often think of the P-Shot, and I am certified in the P-Shot. I did start out doing the P-Shot, but you know what happens: you see something good and you make it so much better. In my case, I've always numbed my patients differently. I've always done the protocol somewhat differently, and then it just turned into a full-fledged protocol all its own.

Dr. Bawa: Now we are doing platelet-rich fibrin therapy, which is stronger than PRP. It uses your growth factors to stimulate your stem cells, completely natural. And then we are turbocharging it even further by adding exosomes, which are basically messengers that we get from umbilical cord tissue. A lot of people have concerns. They say, 'Am I getting somebody else's blood? Is my DNA going to change?' It has no blood in it. It has no DNA in it. These are just messenger signals, really, to get your body doing what it's supposed to do all over again.

Dr. Bawa: It gets your penis to basically become younger from the inside out because it's helping it rejuvenate, form new blood vessels, and become sensitive in a good way. People often think that their penis is too sensitive if they have premature or early ejaculation, but the issue is that they have poor erectile function, not necessarily too much sensitivity. Dr. Bawa: Oh my God, that's so funny. That's awesome.

9: 59 — Big Dick Energy and Renewed Confidence

Dr. Bawa: So let's talk about how this treatment makes you feel. Did BawaBig® give you what is known as Big Dick Energy, or BDE?

Bryan: It did. It has truly, and I keep saying this, but it has truly changed my life. The way I feel, there's the confidence that has built up again. Too many doctors think they're all that and a bag of chips. They feel that they need to put others down to make themselves look good. I try to keep it very simple, and my patients really do become very friendly with me.

Bryan: And it's not only you, but even your staff. Your staff has been phenomenal through all this, and that comes because of their leader, you. It all starts with you. Again, thank you for everything.

11: 47 — Rejuvenation Beyond Sexual Health

Dr. Bawa: An interesting side effect of the treatments was that you started to give a damn about how you look overall. Tell us about that.

Bryan: After having the BawaBig® and the waves and all that, I really started feeling young again and decided, why not do something about my face too? Because the field of work that I'm in, I'm in the sun quite a bit and it was starting to show at 51 years old. If I'm doing stuff in my private area, why not bring it all the way up and let's get my whole body young again?

Bryan: There again, thanks to you and your decisions of what we should do and shouldn't do at certain times and all that, I've truly—my kids have even noticed how different and younger and just great my skin looks now, and my face and my neck. It's been a game changer as well.

Dr. Bawa: Thank you. As you know, integrity matters and quality matters to me. I'm very passionate about what I do, and with you we've done a range of different treatments, and we have a plan for more because it's a plan not only for your penis, but a plan for the aesthetic part of it as well. You have to have a plan in mind as to where you want to be five, ten years from now and what treatments it's going to take to get you there.

13: 29 — Dysport, Botox and Better Erections

Bryan: I was very reluctant in the beginning to do this, especially because back home I've always been against Botox. I've always thought, why do people spend the money to do that? But then I started thinking, you know what, I see why now. Because I was back home and I wound up getting a Botox treatment. I actually had two and was not happy with the results.

Bryan: When I came down to see Dr. Bawa, as we were doing the BawaBig® and the shockwaves and all that to my penis, that's when we started discussing my face. I was telling her I had had my Botox shots, and I told her I just wasn't happy because I wasn't seeing the results, and it had been three months. She says, 'Trust me. Let's do this one procedure. I guarantee you you'll see a difference.' So I went with it, and I tell you, I wound up getting several other different types of treatments and my face, like I said, it just feels younger, it looks younger, and my kids, my family, friends have noticed. So yeah, it's been great.

Bryan: Exactly.

Dr. Bawa: You're going to be like bunnies or something. I know your poor kids. Goodness. Don't be traumatizing the kids—two frisky people around.

15: 51 — His Wife, Preservation and Looking Ahead

Dr. Bawa: So what does your wife think about me now?

Bryan: Now she has the utmost respect for you. She's actually gone and done research on you as well, just because she was so intrigued. She is deciding that she wants to come down and do some procedures herself, but she wants to kind of let me finish first, and then she'll take over.

Dr. Bawa: I hear that sometimes. I hear how people say, 'Well, let me see how it goes for him first,' or, 'Let me see how it goes for her first.' Well, she's already seen that it's going well for you. She's clearly a fan of my work. But I don't know why people wait, and I don't know why women especially wait. I think, believe it or not, men are quicker to fix a problem. Women will sit and put everything else before themselves, and they often say, 'Well, I'm not that bad.' I often ask them, 'What exactly are you waiting for? How bad do you want things to get before you come and fix things?' Also, there's the whole concept of preservation and not just repair, so why not preserve things instead of always repairing things?

Bryan: Exactly what I've been telling her. I'm like, you know, both of us are getting into our middle age now. Why wait? If it's working for me, why wait until you're at the point where I was and nothing was working? Do it now. Let's get at the forefront of it. I guarantee you're going to feel better. So she's really starting to finally accept that now, and I think within the next month or so she's going to be down here.

Dr. Bawa: So she's going to fly down with you?

Bryan: Yes. Yes.

17: 31 — A Different Outlook on the Future

Dr. Bawa: All right. So how has this trio of treatments, the BawaBig®, BawaShot®, BawaWave®, how has this trio made you look at your future differently?

Bryan: I think that with the confidence that it has built up in me again, it's brought a new type of energy that I haven't had in a long time. It makes me feel like I can go out and accomplish a lot more than I ever have. It's been just such a great experience.
