[01:28] How Big Is the Average Penis?

Dr. Bawa: When we talk about penis size and making penises bigger, we must first talk about how big the average man is to begin with. The biggest study about penis size was conducted by King's College London. It looked at data from 15,521 men, and it appears that the average penis size is 3.6 inches, or 9.16 centimeters, flaccid and 5.12 inches, or 13.12 centimeters, erect. A 2015 study titled Women's Preferences for Penis Size: A New Research Method Using Selection Among 3D Models looked at how big women want a man to be. Researchers found that the average woman wants a long-term partner's penis to be 6.3 inches, or 16 centimeters, long with a circumference of 4.8 inches, or 12.2 centimeters. And if the women are looking at a one-night stand, they want their man to be bigger. In this case, women want the man to be 6.4 inches, or 16.3 centimeters, long with a circumference of 5 inches, or 12.7 centimeters. Given the fact that the King's College London study showed that the average penis size is 5.12 inches erect, now that poses a bit of a problem, doesn't it?

[02:43] Do Men Exaggerate Their Penis Size?

Dr. Bawa: So how do men view their own penis size? A 2019 study published in the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy titled Social Desirability and Young Men's Self-Reports of Penis Size sought to answer this very question. One hundred thirty men self-reported their erect penis length, and the mean came to 6.62 inches, which we know is longer than the average erect length of 5.12 inches. So there's clearly a level of exaggeration here. Only 26.9% of the men self-reported penis lengths under 6 inches. 30.8% self-reported lengths of 7 inches or more. 10% reported 8 inches or more. According to a survey by Innerbody, 85% of men have actually measured their penis. It also states that 40% of women have measured their partner, and I find this awfully interesting. The survey went on to say that one in four men admitted to exaggerating their penis size, but I personally think that this number is higher. Another interesting finding from that very survey is that of the men who exaggerated their penis size, the average length they exaggerated by was 2.3 inches. They weren't being subtle about it, were they? Here's another fun fact. Not only do women want their men bigger, men themselves desperately want to be bigger as well.

[04:05] Does Size Matter? Length vs. Girth

Dr. Bawa: Does size matter? Oh yes, it does. I hear people say that it doesn't matter how big a penis is and that what really matters is how you use it. Yes, it does matter how you use it, but you've got to have at least a certain size to work with. Does length matter? Yes, it does. Does girth matter? Oh yes, it does. In fact, girth, or circumference, matters even more than length. You see, the vaginal opening has lots of nerve endings and receptors that experience great pleasure as the canal stretches to receive a thick penis. And so a thicker penis is certainly going to do a better job than a long but skinny penis when it comes to the female partner's orgasm. It's also going to feel more friction for the man himself.

[04:58] What Is Big Dick Energy?

Dr. Bawa: However, I don't think this is just about performance in the bedroom and giving the partner or yourself more orgasms, while those are both worthy goals. Men with bigger penises have what is now popularly known as big dick energy. The Collins Dictionary defines big dick energy as the attractive aura exuded by a person who has that understated but unshakable self-confidence. A man with big dick energy has a swagger. He has a belief that he has what it takes, no matter what life sends his way. And this extends from the bedroom to the boardroom. Men are more confident about themselves as a whole when they have a bigger penis. In theory, there are men who may have this energy even without a big penis. Big dick energy is a bigger concept than just penis size, but a huge penis sure helps most men feel more confident.

Why is it okay for a woman to get bigger breasts, bigger lips, or a bigger butt if it's not okay for a man to get a bigger penis? Why is it okay for a woman to change her genital appearance with a labiaplasty if a man is considered insecure and petty for wanting his penis longer or thicker? [09:23] One Year Later: Still Magnum-Sized

Dr. Bawa: So tell me, how much bigger did the enlargement make you?

Donald: The enlargement was fantastic. It went from an average-sized penis to a Magnum-sized penis, using a Magnum condom, and I can't be happier. Can't be any happier.

Dr. Bawa: So a year out, you're still that big.

Donald: I'm still that big even after a year.

Dr. Bawa: That's good to know, because people often ask me, how long will I stay big? And I always tell them it's not technically permanent, but it is long-term.

Donald: It's certainly long-term for me right now. So everything's been great.

Dr. Bawa: So you went from a decent-sized penis to a Magnum-sized penis.

Donald: Correct.

Dr. Bawa: And you even told me that you had to upgrade penis pumps because of that.

Donald: That's correct. I received a penis pump from you, and after the first treatment, I couldn't use it anymore. I had to upgrade.

Donald: Well, for me, living here in Boca, always walking around the beach and stuff like that, I could feel my size. I could see the bulge coming through my bathing suit. And I just walk with more of a strut now than I did prior to coming to meet with you. So things have been great. I actually get looks now.

Dr. Bawa: I was about to ask you that.

Donald: I haven't had that in a long time.

Dr. Bawa: So people walking around at the beach, sitting around as you're walking around perhaps, are noticing that bulge.

Donald: Yes, they're noticing the bulge.

Dr. Bawa: And are apparently appreciative, based on the smile on your face.

Donald: So far, so good.

[11:40] A Bigger Penis and a Stronger Relationship

Dr. Bawa: Okay. Now you're in a long-term relationship. How has this affected that?

Donald: With our relationship, the sex has gotten stronger. It's been more powerful. It's been more loving because we're able to feel each other more, and we're basically able to climax much faster with each other and be much more intimate with each other. So things have really, really turned around for us.

Dr. Bawa: So not only are you having more sex, you are also enjoying the sex more.

Donald: Oh, absolutely, absolutely. It's a totally different feel. It feels much more fulfilling being able to satisfy her the way I always hoped to. And everything's been going really good. I can't say enough about it.

[12:46] Confidence in the Boardroom and the Workplace

Dr. Bawa: Okay then. Has this affected you at work? Because I always say penis enlargement is as much about a transformation in the boardroom as it is about transformation in the bedroom.

Donald: Well, working outside and stuff like that, it's a guy-dominated situation, and at my age, you just have more of a strut. You have more of a vigor than some of your younger colleagues. It really has been life-changing for me.

Dr. Bawa: Now you are a heterosexual, straight male.

Donald: Yes.

Dr. Bawa: And so the bulge at work is not exciting your colleagues.

Donald: No.

Dr. Bawa: It's just giving you that extra strut, that extra confidence, even in a work situation.

Donald: Right. With the coworkers, that's one thing, but even being out in the general public, you walk among people and you just have more confidence. You're walking around like a proud rooster, coming through.

[14:23] Size, Skill and 'Bigger Is Better'

Dr. Bawa: So again, it comes down to confidence. This is what I've always said: it's not just about size. It's about more than just size, though size is a pretty good reason to get it, based on your experience.

Donald: Yes. And hopefully I'll come in again and get some more treatments and maybe become even larger. I'm looking forward to that.

Dr. Bawa: Bigger's better, right?

Donald: Bigger's definitely better.

Dr. Bawa: What do you say to people who say size doesn't matter, that it's basically how you use a penis? What would you say to them?

Donald: It is how you use it. Every person is different, so you have to be in tune with your partner on what they want. But for the most part, from my situation, being much larger has greatly enhanced her orgasms and has definitely deepened our relationship. We have much more pleasure in sex than just, you know, going about it, bam, thank you, ma'am, and getting done with. It's just a lot more. It's a lot better now.
